CANADIAN ICONS INTERVIEWS

The Canadian Icons are a personal project.
Started by make-up artist Meliase Patterson and myself.

We asked this question:
“As Canadians, why do we not celebrate our own Icons and their achievements?”

Our quest:
To search out our unsung heroes and document what sets them apart.
With the help of countless volunteers, we have secured over 125 Canadian Icons.

I would like to thank:
My wife Ana, for her continual support.
Meliase Patterson for her tireless talent & devotion to the project.
Chris O’Shaughnessy, our creative director and chief designer.
Jenny Hughs, our executive producer.
The team at Trajectory for all their help.
Ian Carlton & Scott McIntyre for their wonderful camera work.
Brad Higham, sound engineer.
Chris Reesor & Hunter Dixon editors.
Shereen Mroeuh & Nadia Papineau, digital management & retouching.
And the many others who help to capture our truly unique stories.
